Hard to Find, Navy Blue Wool Felt World-War II, Late 1930’s-Early 1940’s. Tilt Hat Embellished in the Most Exquisite Style with a Bouquet of Lily-of-the-Valley Flowers, Swathed in Tulle Netting and Felt Ribbons and Bows. The Diameter of the Pancake-Base of this hat is 7 3/8″. Secured to the Head via Multi-Straps which Clasp under the Hair. Outstanding Condition, no tears noted in the tulle netting, if you find any that I’ve overlooked, they will be non-noteworthy. One size fits most.
