1930’s Jeanne LANVIN ADAPTATION BURN-OUT CREPE DAY DRESS

Circa late 1930’s, Swing-Dress tailored LANVIN Peach Silk Crepe Dress, Stunning Voided all-over Leaf Pattern, likely Silk but very remote possibility that it could be Rayon. Pearl Buttons at Bodice, Pin-tucked Yoke with Flat Pleats over-stitched at the hip line which then flare into soft accordion pleats. Lightly padded shoulders, side metal zipper, original belt has gone missing. Measures Chest-36″, Waist-26″, Hip-36″, Length rear collar edge to hem-42 1/2″. Overall Excellent Condition, threadbare area in the voided weave as shown near one arm with small pinhole above in same vicinity (see pics). Very faint, small underarm shadow under right arm that is non-noteworthy.
